Info for Apprentice

  • the opportunity to obtain an academic or higher education qualification through a teaching method based on skills favored by the interaction between the institution that issues the qualification and the company or, as an alternative to obtaining a qualification, to carry out activities of research;
  • anticipate entry into the labor market before the conclusion of the course of study by entering into a permanent contract with the company;
  • obtain a high-level training by alternating learning moments (in the classroom and in the company) and moments of actual work;
  • make use, for the entire duration of the training course, of the support of an academic / training tutor and a company tutor who also collaborate together in the drafting of the training plan provided for in the contract;
  • obtain a university or higher education qualification and at the same time develop a recognizable and expendable professionalism even outside the specific context of job placement;
  • obtain wage and social security protections.
