The Third Mission is a recent concept in the Italian University vocabulary. Since its appearance, UPO has pursued it with conviction and has progressively and strategically organized the activities that the Ministry and Anvur have gradually been codifying.

We are active in all categories, but have a particular disposition towards public engagement initiatives, which have allowed us to obtain an excellent evaluation and the first place in the VQR 2011-14 ranking.
