At the end of each academic year, in order to complete enrolment for years following the first, PhD students are required to:

● submit a report on activities carried out during the year to the Academic Board, by 30 September of each year

● having obtained the necessary approval for continuation of the course from the Academic Board, following any oral interview on a date indicated by the Course Coordinator, each doctoral student must register for the following year

To register for the following year, each doctoral student will receive an automatic email to the institutional address matricola@studenti.uniupo.it, with fee payment information and the related deadline.

Payment of fees must be made via PagoPA by accessing your personal profile on www.studenti.uniupo.it using your own login details.

Enrolment for the following year occurs automatically as soon as the university system registers the online payment. It is therefore not necessary to send any receipt.
