A workshop organised for 30 March as part of the Employment Law course at DIGSPES (Prof. Fabrizia Santini)

Scientific research allows us to assert the concrete possibility of using happiness as a strategic incentive, also (and especially) at times of crisis. The experience of positive organisations shows that companies which invested in the building of a culture of happiness, promoting trust, autonomy and social capital, reacted better to the challenge of Covid-19, anticipating the regulatory decisions and maintaining their positive results. This is a path towards cultural change which is as important as it is urgent, and which sees the figure of Chief Happiness Officer as a driver, a role that completes and enriches the expertise of professional figures already in the company to acquire new working languages capable of anticipating future scenarios and helping organisations evolve into eco-systemic models.

The topic will be discussed online on 30 March 2021, from 2pm to 6pm, by Veruscka Gennari and Daniela Di Ciaccio (2BHappy Agency), Virginia Lazzati (CHO and Head of HR South Europe of L- founders of loyalty), and Marcello Mariani (CHO and Sales Director of Healthcare Packaging).
