If you have completed a degree in Medicine and Surgery, you may enrol in a Healthcare Specialisation School. These courses are organized according to national teaching guidelines and lead to a specialist qualification.
The programme lasts 4, 5 or 6 years according to the number of credits acquired as laid down by current regulations.
This School holds an annual public competition based on qualifications and tests, and is subject to capped numbers. Attendance is compulsory, and the course is full-time.
At the end of each year, students must pass an exam with both theory-based and practical elements. The course ends with a final exam, consisting of an oral defense of a written project.
Graduates in Pharmacy or Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology may enrol with the Specialisation School of Hospital Pharmacy, subject to similar requirements.
