We are expanding the range of courses available at Università del Piemonte Orientale with the introduction of a programme dedicated entirely to sustainability topics, an interdisciplinary course packed with content tackling the three main aspects of sustainable development – economic, social and environmental.

We are referring to an interdepartmental degree programme in “Environmental Management and Sustainable Development” (Gestione Ambientale e Sviluppo Sostenibile, GASS). This programme will be introduced in the next academic year as part of L32 Sciences and Technologies for the Environment and Nature, and run by the Department of Science, Technology and Innovation with the contribution of three other departments: the Department of Economics and Business Studies (DiSEI), Department of Law and Political, Economic and Social Sciences (DiGSPES), and the Department of Translational Medicine (DiMET).
