If you have earned the right to reimbursement of fees which were paid but not due, you can submit a reimbursement request by completing the online form.

You will find that some fields of the form are completed with some data already in our possession (e.g. personal details, study programme and address), while you will need to fill in the reimbursement details (reason for reimbursement and bank details). Once you have submitted the form, you will receive an email of confirmation. At a later moment, you will receive another email from a member of staff to tell you the result of your application.
