To activate an internship, the University and host organisation/company must sign an agreement. An Individual Training Plan is then drawn up, stating the intern’s details and the goals of the experience.
If you are a current student or newly-graduated, contact the Placement representatives of your university department. They will give you information on the administrative procedures to complete, along with a list of companies/organisations who already have an agreement in place with the university. To view current opportunities, click here to access the Student Services webpage and the placements database.
Host companies/organisations are asked:
- to contact the relevant Department Representative for Work Placements for further information on how to activate a placement
- to contact the Work Placement and Internship Office in the Rector’s Department for information on how to publish a job offer
- to visit the Student Services webpage to propose an agreement or publish an internship/employment opportunity, by clicking here and following the instructions (see attached Company Procedure at the bottom of the page).
