Appointment of the Data Protection Officer - DPO

The Data Protection Officer (DPO) is a new figure, established by European legislation, appointed to perform control and support, consultative, training and information functions relating to the application of the regulation itself.

Incident Response Team

With R.D. rep. no. 390/2019 of 03.19.2019, the Incident Response Team was set up to define a work plan that establishes a new version of the Data Breach procedure, to identify threats, vulnerabilities and risks associated with all the IT assets present; to take precautions in order to protect data from possible cyber-attacks; to mitigate the effects of any breaches to the network or computer systems.

With RD Rep. n. 1633/2022, prot. no. 142262 of 10.17.2022, the composition of the Incident Response Team for the management of IT security obligations has been updated.

The Incident Response Team is composed as follows:

  • Loredana Segreto, General Manager, with HR role
  • Cosimo Anglano, Full Professor of Computer Science at the Department of Science and Technological Innovation, as expert lecturer on cybersecurity
  • Gianmarco Todi, Systems and Software Equipment Manager, with IT function
  • Antonio Perrini, Data Protection Officer, with privacy compliance function.
