The Integrated Performance Management Plan sets out goals, markers and targets in alignment with the resources allocated, and defines the elements on which the measurement, evaluation and reports on performance will be based, with a general view to guaranteeing quality.
The System of Measurement and Evaluation of Performance is the methodological tool with which public authorities define and clarify the methods, criteria and logical scheme of their mechanisms of measurement and evaluation of performance.
