Our organisational model is based on these principles:

• guaranteeing cohesion, integration and equilibrium of central and decentralised administrative entities
• separating administrative roles from academic and scientific roles
• allotting only strategic support roles to the academic and administrative management teams
• dividing the administrative structure into Divisions, Sections and Offices
• Increasing the level of mandate and responsibility for managers (EP category) and office supervisors.

The administrative structure guarantees continuity, effectiveness and efficiency in the activity and services provided and developed, as well as the appropriate professional capacity necessary to pursue general objectives and priorities as defined by the governing bodies.
